Mar 17 2011 c - I did hurdles when I was in high school and didn't care for this exercise. Place 10 hurdles as close together as possible and "hurdle" each one as fast as you can. Since you can't run it really teaches you to work on your form. I remember complaining about it back then, but now that I'm much older, I would give anything to feel the speed and strength I felt as a young man running the 110 meter high hurdles. 39 inches high...... I felt like a galloping horse.
